Full-service catering of traditional barbecue offerings with competition level Beef Brisket, Tri-Tip and mouthwatering Pulled Pork.

Beef Brisket and Pulled Pork

1/3 lb. Angus Beef Cheese Burgers

1/4 lb. All Beef Hot Dogs

Chicken 1/4 5-6oz.

Tri Tip 5-6oz.

Portobello Mushroom Burgers (veggie selection)

Available Side Dishes – Green Salad, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Pasta Salad, Fruit Salad, Mac N’ Cheese, BBQ Beans, Potato Chips

Assorted Cookies and Brownies

Assorted Soda, Apple Juice & Bottled Water

Beer and Wine service available depending on venue

All selections include plates, utensils, napkins & condiments.

Packages include 2 hours of serving by our friendly and professional staff.

Minimum of 50 meals required.

Delivery included in Santa Clara, San Mateo and Alameda County as far north as Hayward. Other locations may be subject to additional delivery charges.
